Safety Testing Room is mainly test the safety projects of battery,before delivery.It consist of Electrical Testing and Mechanical Testing.
 
 
Such as High temperature testing ,Short circuit testing,Thermal shock testing,Battery incinerator testing, Heavy shock testing, Squeezing testing, Needing testing, Drop testing, As below  
 
1>High Temperature
Short Circuit Testing Machine Testing the safety of battery in a simulated high temperature environment. This device with automatic insulation function. It also used to test normal temperature short circuit and GB8897.4-2002 、IDT IEC60086-4:2000mulate an rapid warming environment . With a certain temperature rise rate reaches a predetermined time. It adopts hot air circulation system ,with over-temperature protection an timing shutdown function,
 
2> Battery Incinerator
GB8897.4-2002 、IDT IEC60086-4:2000machine is easy for operation, with automatic ignition and real time recording function.
 
3> Impact Test Machine
Analog cells or batteries when subjected to heavy impact situations. Remote control, safe GB8897.4-2002 、IDT IEC60086-4:2000
 
4> Needling Test Machine
Simulation scenarios that batteries short circuit . Needling speed and the pressure are adjustable.The whole process will be recording.
 
5> Drop Testing Machine 
This Drop test machine with stainless steel ruler,pneumatic adsorption clamping method, This standard compliance with GB8897.4-2002 、IDT IEC60086-4:2000 standard. Mainly use to test the Battery ,mobile phone, and other Electronics Environmental Laboratory 
This environmental laboratory mainly test the adaptation of battery.It used to test battery performance in different situation.Steady damp-heat,Salt spray test, thermocycling test,low voltage test. 
 
  
 
 1.Programmable temperature and humidity testing machine
 
 Testing temperature range: -20℃-150℃ Testing humidity between 20﹪-98﹪R.H. Precise and sensitive digital meters. It used to test the storage temperature range of battery.In addition,
 it also used to battery temperature cycling test 
 Structure: imported frozen systems, electronic security systems, air duct system, heated humidification systems, sensing systems, water systems, control systems.
 
2.Precision salt spray test machine
 
Test the Corrosion resistance of different materials. 
 
 Features of machine:
1> With automatic / manual water system, low water level can automatically added features, testing will not be interrupted
2> Digital temperature display, PID error between ±01. ℃;
3> Double over-temperature protection, water shortage warning 
4> Using direct steam heating method, heating up fast and evenly, reducing standby time

3.High-Low Temperature Testing Machine
  
 This machine use to test the storage temperature and battery cycle life testing, different temperature discharge testing.Microcomputer control the temperature range between-40℃-150℃.Accurate temperature sensing system and digital temperature display. 
 
4.Low pressure Testing Machine
 
This testing focus on the special storage situation- during the shipping by air. The low pressure environment (11.6KPa).
This testing based on UL, EN62133 and IEC carried standards. The testing cycle is adjustable. Automatic detection of testing process, and this test will be stop automatically.
 
Battery Performance Laboratory
 
 
This testing room mainly testing the finished battery charge and discharge performance, overcharge and over discharge detection.
It applies to Lithium Polymer battery,Ni-MH Battery,Lead Acid battery, Nishika and Alkaline battery testing. The constant voltage, constant current ,constant resistance can be settable.
The computer will collect all the testing results and make it to Graph and Form. Brief introduction as below:
 
Lithium Battery Discharge testing Machine

DM-2000 Battery Automatic Discharge Detecting system
 
DM-2000 type automatic discharge detection system controlled by computer, IEC Standard ,and battery industry standards. Discharge in constant resistance.
The computer real time monitoring the testing process, if exist the software, the testing process not be interrupted. Windows98 or better operation system. The testing results will fill in a form, with the curve graph of discharge. The results can be display、Print or send by Email.
